Reality to Fantasy - Lizard to Smol Tree Dragon

This picture is of (what I am pretty sure) an Italian Wall Lizard! Their patterning helps them really blend in foliage, almost making them invisible. My friend posted the picture on Facebook with the caption of "Look at this smol tree dragon! I didn't see him at first"

Immediately I had an image I wanted to create!
